The 3-Step Framework for Understanding Your Symptoms and Supporting Your Health Naturally

If you’ve been dealing with fatigue, brain fog, low motivation, hormonal symptoms, or feeling “off” for a long time, you’ve probably wondered at some point:

I know I felt that way when I was navigating three chronic conditions, and it is the reason why I created my 3R Framework to help other women.

The 3R’s: A More Well-Rounded Way to Approach Healing

The 3R Framework is the foundation of my Burnout-Proof Blueprint coaching program.

This framework was designed for women who are tired of having no clear direction for their health and want a personalized, empowering approach.

The goal of the program is not just symptom relief.

It’s to help you gain:

  • Simplicity

  • Confidence in your body

Instead of suppressing symptoms or obsessing over diagnoses, we focus on understanding the body as an intelligent system that is always adapting and responding perfectly.

The 3R Framework consists of:

  3. Recharge

This framework gives you a clear process to follow instead of constantly changing strategies and hoping something works. Each step builds on the next so you build a clearer understanding of your body and what it needs to heal.


Step 1: Reveal

Understanding What Your Body Is Actually Telling You

The first step is Reveal.

This is where we uncover a full picture of why you have low energy, brain fog, inflammation, hormone symptoms, or other issues that haven’t been fully explained by conventional medicine.

Important note: We are not looking for what is “wrong” with you.

Most health approaches, even many natural health approaches, focus on labels and diagnoses that lead to people feeling fearful and broken. We need a paradigm shift because fear works against health. 

Your body is not broken. Biology is not random. You just haven’t been taught the biological system that explains the body’s intentions behind symptoms.

Your body is always adapting precisely based on your life: your environment, stress load, nutrition, lifestyle, and experiences.

Using targeted at-home functional lab testing and the empowering lens of German New Medicine (GNM/GHK) discovered by Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, we begin looking at:

  • What’s underneath fatigue, inflammation, or hormonal imbalances

  • Nutritional and biochemical imbalances

  • Gut health and detoxification patterns

  • Blood sugar and thyroid function

  • Stress adaptation patterns

  • The deeper meaning behind symptoms

  • How to support the healing process for your body specifically

This phase brings awareness to the real sources of low energy and chronic symptoms because you cannot regain your energy if you don’t fully understand what’s draining it to begin with. Often, it’s not just one thing. 

We may see things like mineral imbalances, heavy metal toxicity, gut imbalances like candida or bacterial overgrowth, parasites. However, those things themselves aren’t the root cause. Did you know that by the time we experience most symptoms, our body is actually in the healing phase? The root cause is in the circumstances of your lifestyle that triggered adaptation. 🌱

Most women skip this step because they aren’t aware of what insights are possible. They jump straight into supplements, restrictive diets, detoxes, or wellness trends like intermittent fasting without knowing whether those things are appropriate for their body.

This leads to:

  • Confusion

  • Wasted money

  • Inconsistent results

  • Anxiety around symptoms

  • Constant second-guessing

Or sometimes people finally receive a diagnosis and feel overwhelmed by fear, being told their body is fragile or defective.

The truth is the body is always working on surviving and healing. When you can clearly see the patterns driving your symptoms, fear can go away. That clarity alone often creates the first sense of relief clients have felt in years.

By the end of this phase, you walk away with a much deeper understanding of how your body actually works and a personalized plan.


Step 2: Rebalance

How to Support Your Body Without Restrictive Diets

Once we understand what your body needs, we move into Rebalance.

The key here is that nourishment doesn’t “fix” you, but instead supports your body with energy to more efficiently run the healing and adaptive processes it's already working on. 

We customize nutrition, supplementation, and daily routines using a data-informed, non-restrictive approach so you can:

  • Experience more stable energy

  • Improve focus, mood, and sleep

  • Support your metabolism and digestion

  • Reduce overwhelm around food

  • Feel nourished instead of deprived

This step is so important because so many women have lost confidence in nutrition.

They’ve spent years hearing messages like:

  • Cut carbs

  • Avoid dairy

  • Eliminate gluten

  • Remove sugar

  • Take more supplements

  • Try another protocol

This creates villains out of certain foods, and views the body as something to fix. But a depleted body does not heal well under more restriction and stress. And there is no one perfect diet for everyone. Think about it, if we haven’t always had a particular food sensitivity, why did it develop when it did? Why doesn’t everyone react the same way to so-called inflammatory foods? It’s because health is individual. 

Instead of forcing yourself into perfectionist blanket wellness rules, you learn how to create balanced meals that support your energy, metabolism, and nervous system regardless of where you are.

You get to enjoy food freely again! And feel secure in your flexible, real-life strategies. That means you can travel, go to social gatherings, and enjoy holidays without spiraling into fear about “doing everything perfectly.” I am very passionate about this because I love to enjoy food, and had I known there was another way, maybe I wouldn’t have felt it necessary to go gluten free for 7 years. 

The same applies to supplements. Rather than using supplements with the view that your body is defective or needs to be fixed, we use targeted support based on your individual biochemistry and functional testing, and we learn how to track progress over time.

You learn:

  • Why you’re taking something

  • What it’s supporting

  • When it’s appropriate to stop

  • How to avoid unnecessary supplementation

This means more trust and simplicity in your health journey.

Why Healing Requires More Than Food and Supplements

The final step is Recharge.

This focuses on creating long-term resilience because even the best nutrition and supplement plan will eventually fall apart if your lifestyle continues to drain your energy.

Regarding lifestyle, we are part of nature, and the body functions best with rhythm and consistency.

Consistent rhythm creates safety ➡️ when the body feels safe, it can be more efficient at healing, recovering, and producing energy ➡️ providing an optimal state for thriving health 

This phase focuses on:

  • Lifestyle integration

  • Circadian rhythm support

  • Rest and recovery

  • Exercise that supports rather than depletes you

  • Strengthening emotional health and mindset

  • Sustainable routines

  • Reducing anxiety around symptoms and health

Most people gloss over this part. They try to “hack” their health through food and supplements while ignoring the lifestyle patterns that contributed to burnout in the first place.

But changing your diet alone doesn’t address the full picture of what was happening when symptoms first appeared. Were you overworking and very stressed at that time of your life? Were you sedentary and indoors all the time or exercising like crazy? How was your mental health? 

Instead of overexercising, micromanaging, and constantly trying to do more, this phase helps you align your habits gradually so your life can give energy back to you. Health is not built through perfection, but through dynamic support that adapts to your actual life. 

You learn how to:

  • Sleep more deeply

  • Create routines that feel grounding

  • Have a movement/exercise strategy that is supportive instead of exhausting

  • Break chronic stress patterns and stop operating in survival mode

  • Assume the mindset of “already healed” instead of waiting to feel better 

As a result, you wake up with more energy, get more done with less effort, and feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to your body again. 

You are no longer wired, exhausted, or constantly pushing, but grounded and know how to support your health in a way that actually feels holistic. ☀️


The Ripple Effect of Having Strong Energy Again

I’ve seen women completely change their relationship with their health through this process. First, we learn what underlies health issues, then we can create an appropriate plan, and finally make our habits sustainable. 

Some clients have been able to come off birth control and antidepressants after slowing down, supporting their foundations, improving nourishment, and tending to the lifestyle and mindset patterns that were draining them.

Others have experienced shifts far beyond physical symptoms. They have:

  • Started new relationships

  • Taken sabbaticals to travel

  • Explored career changes

  • Built more trust in themselves

  • Stopped obsessing over symptoms

Why So Many Women Don’t See Progress

Without a clear process, most women stay stuck in cycles of:

“What If I Already Eat Clean and Exercise?”

I hear this from many women who are achievement-oriented and already putting a lot of effort into their health.

Many of the women I work with are already eating relatively well, exercising consistently, taking supplements, and trying to make healthy choices. But they still feel tired, foggy, inflamed, anxious around symptoms, or wondering why they aren’t feeling better.

That’s because health is not just about “doing healthy things.” It’s about whether those things are actually supportive for your body in its current state.

The issue is often not a lack of effort, but a lack of clarity.

For example:

  • You may be eating “clean” but still undereating or missing key nutrients that support your metabolism 

  • You may be exercising in a way that is too stressful for an already taxed nervous system
