When we look at labs, this is not to give you another diagnosis about what is wrong with your body to “fix it”. We look deeply into what’s going on right now given the context of your life history, and it is the starting point to support it more effectively.

About Veronica

I created this program because I was you.

Diagnosed with multiple autoimmune and hormone conditions before 30, I was eating well, exercising, taking vitamins, and still struggled with extremely painful cycles, acne, food sensitivities, random pain, brain fog, and anxiety.

I tried eating strictly gluten free, removing dairy, avoiding all sensitive foods, all sorts of herbs and painkillers for my period, and seeing integrative doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors and osteopaths.

Some things helped with symptoms more than others, but I felt like I didn’t know how to actually get healthier.

What I learned from applying my health studies to my own life is:

  • The goal is to expand your nourishment. It might be helpful to temporarily reduce certain foods for a few months, but that alone won’t fix things. We address why your body had a hard time digesting to begin with and build your digestive health stronger so you can reintroduce and enjoy the foods you love without worry.

  • HTMA and Organic Acids Test. They are not covered by insurance, and your doctor doesn’t run, them, that’s why this is a big missing piece for people! Lab tests are not used to diagnose, cure or treat disease, and integrative health practitioners do not provide medical advice.

    The balance of minerals in your hair tells us about your metabolism, adrenal and thyroid function, stress patterns even when other tests look normal.
