Clarity & Roadmap Session

This is the essential first step so we know where to go next.

What HTMA Is & Why It Matters

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a simple, non-invasive lab that measures mineral levels and heavy metals stored in your hair over the past 3 months.

Why HTMA is useful

  • HTMA shows trends bloodwork misses—especially around stress, energy, thyroid function, adrenal resilience, and detox ability.

  • It is a longer term reading than blood and assesses function at the cellular level.

    • For example, you can have enough thyroid hormone in the blood, but if it’s not being used in the cells — you’ll still feel low thyroid symptoms like fatigue, poor circulation, weight gain, etc.

  • Minerals are needed at the most fundamental level to produce energy in the body (such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc, selenium, and more)

  • Toxic metals (such as mercury, lead, aluminum, cadmium, and more) accumulated from years of food, air, water exposure interfere with mineral balance, thus compromising energy production.

Why haven’t I heard of this?

Doctors don’t run this because this is different paradigm. Conventional medicine is controlled by the pharmaceutical industry and aims to diagnose and treat disease with drugs or surgery. The goal of mineral balancing is to improve health, not manage disease.

This is based on Dr. Paul Eck’s mineral balancing science, which is the proper interpretation to rebalance the mineral system. Practitioners who simply recommend taking more of whatever is low do not understand that minerals interact with each other in complex ways, and worsen the balance of the entire system.

This is why some people feel worse on b-vitamins or zinc, for example.

I use Analytical Research Labs, one of the two labs that use proper testing techniques; this is not the same as Amazon tests like 5Strands, Doctors Data, or Check My Body Health.

What HTMA Reveals

    How are your hormones functioning?

  • Mineral deficiencies

What is affecting digestion, mood, mental functioning, sleep, and hormones?

  • Hidden heavy metal exposure

How is my environment affecting my health?

The HTMA results give us incredible insight — but minerals don’t work in isolation.

To create a safe, effective supplement and lifestyle plan, I need to see the bigger picture: your diet, stress load, sleep, digestion, exercise patterns, and more. That takes time, tracking, and feedback to get right.

That’s why we use the HTMA consult as our foundation, and then, if you’re ready, build your personalized plan inside the full coaching program.
