How My Journey with Hashimoto’s, PCOS, and Sjogren’s Inspired My Program that Helps Women Regain Their Energy Naturally
If you’re someone who cares about your health, chances are you’ve already tried a lot of things.
✔️ You eat fairly clean.
✔️ You exercise.
✔️ You buy good quality supplements.
✔️ You try to manage stress and get enough sleep.
And yet… something still feels off.
Your energy isn’t where it should be. You may crash in the afternoon, rely on caffeine to keep going, or struggle with brain fog when you need to be sharp and focused. Maybe your labs keep coming back “normal,” but you know your body doesn’t feel right.
Many of the women I work with are active, career-driven, and genuinely committed to improving their health. They enjoy being active and taking care of themselves, yet they feel like they’re piecing together advice without a real strategy.
They’re doing many of the “right” things, but they’re not seeing the results they expected.
When you understand how your body really works, you make changes that actually make a difference, and create sustainable energy and mental clarity with lasting confidence in your health.
This is why I created the Burnout-Proof Blueprint, and in this post I want to share the story of what inspired this program, how it’s helping women like you, and why I believe it’s the future of health care.
But this didn’t originate as a career idea; it came out of my own health crisis.
When I Realized “Eating Clean” Didn’t Prevent Me From Developing More Chronic Health Conditions
Back in 2019, I thought I was taking good care of my health.
✔️ I avoided gluten.
✔️ I bought organic food.
✔️ I took vitamins and probiotics that I believed were high quality.
But despite these efforts, I still woke up tired and tense most mornings. 😵💫
I second-guessed what I ate.
My energy felt easily drained.
And my weekends were often spent recovering instead of doing the things I loved, like hiking or being active outdoors.
Then came my third diagnosis: Sjögren’s. I didn’t even know what that was but I was alarmed to have yet another autoimmune diagnosis. Before that, I had already been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and PCOS.
For all of these conditions, I was told there is no cure, and the only plan offered was medication.
At that point, I realized something important: no one was going to figure this out for me. I was going to have to understand my body myself.
I had already been strictly gluten-free for seven years because that’s what the predominant natural health advice was for autoimmune conditions. I believed I was doing exactly what my body needed.
Yet despite my discipline and effort, I was shocked to still develop new chronic conditions (and I wasn’t even 30 years old!) ‼
That was a huge wake-up call.
It showed me that following common natural health advice, even when you follow it perfectly, doesn’t always address what’s actually going on in the body.
So I stopped following random strategies and instead decided to learn how exactly my body worked and address my root causes step-by-step.
Within a few months, things began to shift.
My energy became steady throughout the day.
The constant afternoon crashes disappeared.
I woke up with a calm and clear mind.
Even issues I assumed I’d always live with, like acne, began to improve.
For the first time in years, my body felt strong and responsive.
The Insight That Changed How I See Health
As I continued studying natural health, I began noticing something… Many approaches, both conventional and natural, come from a place of fighting the body.
The messages I heard sounded like:
Eliminate bad foods
Kill pathogens
Detox toxins
Fix what’s “broken”
I followed that mindset myself for years, but my experience with strict diets and multiple diagnoses made me question that approach.
If I was doing everything “right,” why did I develop additional conditions?
That question led me to explore a different perspective.
Sometimes dietary changes help temporarily because they reduce stress on the system. But without deeper context, people can end up following restrictive diets for years without actually understanding the root causes of their symptoms (that was me! 🙋🏻♀️).
Around that time, I began studying German New Medicine, which completely changed the way I understood symptoms. Instead of seeing symptoms as something to fight or suppress, this perspective views the body as highly intelligent and adaptive.
The body is not attacking itself, which is what I was told about “autoimmune.”
It isn’t making random mistakes! (This is the fifth Biological Law of German New Medicine called the Quintessence)
Symptoms are signals. They are the body’s precise way of communicating how it is responding to stress, environment, emotions, and physiology.
When we understand those signals, we can support the body instead of fighting it.
The German New Medicine perspective changed the way I approach health completely.
Instead of creating fear around food, pathogens, or toxins, my goal became helping women understand what their body is communicating and how to support it. That shift in philosophy became the foundation of my work.
Blending Studies to Create a System to Help Women
My approach to health didn’t come from studying one system. It came from combining experiences that most practitioners don’t typically have together.
Before working in the health space, I was a digital UX/UI designer in San Francisco, including work with technology companies and environmental nonprofits.
Design teaches you to think in systems. You learn to investigate root causes, understand the real human experience behind a problem, and create solutions that work in real life, not just in theory.
That mindset carried directly into my approach to health.
Instead of relying on rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all advice, I view health as a system that requires thoughtful investigation and personalization.
My work today blends several perspectives:
functional testing and mineral balancing
the German New Medicine lens for understanding symptoms
circadian biology and environmental factors
mindset and emotional patterns that influence health
The basis of all of this is learning from a place of curiosity rather than fear.
Many women have been taught to see their body as something fragile or broken.
I believe the opposite. The body is intelligent and adaptive. Symptoms are signals that something needs attention, not proof that the body is malfunctioning. And that belief shapes everything I do with my clients.
Why I Created the Burnout-Proof Blueprint
After navigating my own health challenges, I realized something that many women eventually discover…trying to figure out your health on your own can take years.
There is so much conflicting advice in the natural health space. One expert tells you to eliminate entire food groups. Another tells you to detox. Another recommends a completely different approach. I ran into the confusion myself while trying to recover my energy and restore my health.
Over time, I began studying multiple systems that helped me understand the body from different perspectives.
My training includes:
Integrative Health Practitioner Certification (Level 1 & 2)
Applied Quantum Biology certification
HTMA mineral balancing practitioner certification
Functional lab testing and root-cause health strategies
But what truly helped me was reflecting on how to combine the strengths of these perspectives into a balanced and practical approach.
Functional testing helps reveal hidden imbalances.
Mineral balancing provides insight into deeper physiological patterns.
German New Medicine helps us understand the meaning behind symptoms.
Quantum biology shows us what nourishes our bodies besides food
Mindset work helps address the beliefs and emotional patterns influencing health.
When these pieces came together, things started making sense instead of being mysterious and random. Instead of looking at what differed, I looked for overlaps across disciplines.
And I realized that most women don’t need more random advice. They need a clear strategy that shortens the learning curve.
This is why I created the Burnout-Proof Blueprint — a structured process that helps you understand your body and restore your energy without spending years piecing together answers on your own or being stuck in one dogmatic approach.
What Makes The Burnout-Proof Blueprint Different
At its core, the Burnout-Proof Blueprint helps women understand what their body is communicating and how to support it in a personalized way.
One of the biggest misconceptions in the health world is that there is one best way to be healthy. In reality, there is no one best diet or protocol for every person. What works for one body may not work for another.
Instead of rigid rules, my approach focuses on learning the body’s signals and building a plan that aligns with each client’s unique physiology and lifestyle.
Here’s how we do that:
Step 1: Reveal the root causes
The process begins with functional lab testing, including HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) and Organic Acids Testing. NOT to find what is “wrong” with you. But to get clarity on mineral balance, metabolism, and physiological stress that often doesn’t show up on standard lab work.
Rather than viewing symptoms as something to suppress, we see them as meaningful communication from the body with the map provided by GNM. Fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, or inflammation are often signals that the body is adapting to underlying stressors.
Testing helps us understand what those signals might be pointing to.
Step 2: Rebalance the body with precision
From there, each client receives a personalized supplement protocol and targeted nutrition strategies designed for their unique biochemistry.
While supplements can be powerful tools, they should always be intentional and individualized. Taking random supplements without understanding your body’s needs can often create more confusion than clarity. When supplementation is guided by testing and context, it becomes a much more effective way to support the body’s rebalancing.
With nutrition, we don’t teach restrictive all-or-nothing diets. (not everyone needs to go gluten-free, dairy-free etc.!) Eating strategies must be simple and flexible in order to be sustainable. You no longer have to wonder “what is best for me to eat?”
Step 3: Build sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term energy
True health improvements don’t come from nutrition and supplements alone. Everything in your life affects your health, so the best results come from a holistic approach.
The third step focuses on these foundational factors that support long-term energy and resilience, including circadian rhythm habits, exercise strategy, stress support, and mindset.
The goal is not rigid routines, but habits that are realistic and sustainable within a busy life. After all, we don’t just want to be healthy to be healthy. We want to be healthy to enjoy life!

Through this process, clients gain a deeper understanding of how their body works, so they can continue supporting their health with confidence long after the program ends.
Before the Burnout-Proof Blueprint, women feel like they’ve been trying to follow every piece of health advice perfectly.
What they often discover instead is that health doesn’t require perfection. It requires understanding, personalization, and the adaptable support for their body’s changing needs.
Results My Clients Report
Many women initially come to me thinking they just want to feel less tired. But what often surprises them is how much better they can feel once their body is supported properly. Instead of settling for low energy and brain fog as their normal, they experience a level of vitality they didn’t think was possible anymore.
Clients have experienced changes like:
✔️ Going from relying on an inhaler for allergies to running without one
✔️ Moving toward their desired weight while improving energy
✔️ Coming off medications like birth control for endometriosis or antidepressants
✔️ Sleeping through the night again
✔️ Eliminating anxiety and afternoon brain fog
✔️ Returning to activities they love like biking or volunteering
For many women, the biggest transformation isn’t just physical.
They gain confidence in their health.
They understand what their body needs.
They know how to support it long term.
They feel capable and independent instead of confused or dependent on constant medical appointments.
One client told me:
“My mindset and grace for my body has increased significantly. I feel like working together has given me such an in-depth understanding that our bodies are so much stronger than I ever gave mine credit for. Knowing that it is in a constant state of healing and wants to heal makes me feel so much more at home in my body.”
That shift from fear to understanding can be just as powerful as the physical improvements.
The Future of Women’s Health
I believe the future of women’s health should be empowering.
Girls should grow up understanding what their body’s symptoms mean. Health care should focus on root causes, education, and prevention, not just suppressing symptoms. Functional testing should be accessible. Women should have tools to support their body naturally.
And health support should focus not only on fixing problems, but on optimizing vitality and long-term wellbeing to enjoy their full and meaningful lives.
The Burnout-Proof Blueprint was designed with that future in mind.
It’s not about quick fixes. It’s about equipping women with the knowledge and tools to support their bodies for life.
Ready to Learn What Your Body Really Needs?
Many women I speak with have already tried dozens of things to improve their health. They’ve experimented with diets, supplements, protocols, and advice from different experts. And while some things may help temporarily, the underlying confusion often remains.
What most people are missing is not effort.
It is clarity about what their body actually needs.
That is what the Burnout-Proof Blueprint was designed for — a structured way to understand your body and health and respond with personalized support.
If that idea resonates with you, the best next step is to see how the full method works.
In the training, I explain the three patterns I see most often behind persistent fatigue and brain fog, and how to identify which one may be affecting you.
